Parked bicycles

Owners of bicycles parked in the halls and porches of the community in general are requested to keep them in proper working order, as the lack of parts and dirt on them, denotes an obvious state of neglect so that the community will be forced to remove them in a short period of time to avoid dirt accumulating everywhere.
